With the Valet Service (Pickup and Delivery) you drive directly to the Departures Terminal, where you will meet with the parking staff who will take care of the vehicle. The day of your arrival, it is necessary to call the parking 15 minutes before arriving at the airport so the driver can be prepared to pick up the car in any Terminal. Parking staff will ask you to confirm the meeting point in the Terminal you prefer, in order to avoid misunderstandings. As soon as you arrive, Hola Parking VIP staff will give you the ticket necessary to collect the vehicle at your return.
On the way back, you should call parking staff as soon as you have collected your bags, (please, keep in mind that the luggage tapes sometimes may delay) and confirm the Terminal where you prefer to recollect your vehicle. Remember to bring the ticket with you, in order to facilitate the return operations. |
