Sign in to your MyParking account, if you are not registered you can do it here. Sign up with the same email you used to book.

Within your User Area, follow a few simple steps to receive the refund via credit code of the same amount and without expiry, which can be used, even partially up to the total, in any of the many MyParking affiliated car parks.

If you prefer to obtain a cash refund, it will be returned to you net of management costs and financial and administrative costs equal to 5% of the amount with a minimum of Euro 5.00.
