To cancel the reservation, please log in to your MyParking account and click on MY BOOKINGS menu; select the reservation to be cancelled and follow the steps. If you do not have an account yet, please
sign up with the same email you used to book.
Up to 24 hours before the entry day/time booked
You can cancel your booking and choose between two refund options:
- a
credit code corresponding to the entire amount paid. MyParking credit codes do not expire and can be deducted from your future bookings until you have no more credit left.
- a
cash refund, which will be credited through the payment method previously used. Due to financial and administrative costs, the refund will be partial, and 5% of the total amount will be deducted, with a minimum deduction of 5.00 Euro. In case the cancelled booking is replaced by a new prepaid booking, the whole amount will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before the entry day/time
In the event of strikes, flight or train cancellations, or unforeseen events, MyParking gives you the opportunity to
request the cancellation of your booking up to the booked entry day and time. Log in to your Reserved Area and follow the procedure. Your request will be forwarded to the parking management, who will be able to give you a feedback, positive or negative, within a few days. If the car park gives a positive response to your request, your booking will be cancelled and the refund will be issued by MyParking via credit code.
